OEA LeadFlow AI

Terms for using OEA LeadFlow AI

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the OEA LeadFlow AI platform, including lead capture, AI qualification, appointment booking, onboarding, payment submission, and account activation workflows.

1. Platform scope

OEA LeadFlow AI provides workflow software for capturing inbound leads, generating AI-assisted qualification records, managing appointments, collecting onboarding details, and processing manual payment review. Access to certain features may depend on account status, plan selection, and administrative approval.

2. Account responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate contact details, payment confirmation data, and business onboarding information. Accounts remain subject to suspension, pending activation, or restricted access when submitted information is incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent with platform policies.

3. Payment and activation

Plan activation is not automatic. Payments submitted through Zelle or other manual review channels remain in Pending Activation until reviewed and approved by the platform owner or an authorized administrator. Service access may be delayed or declined when proof of payment is missing or cannot be verified.

4. Acceptable use

Users may not use the platform to submit fraudulent leads, upload unlawful or infringing content, interfere with scheduling or workflow operations, or attempt to gain unauthorized administrative access. Misuse may result in immediate revocation of access.

5. Operational limitations

AI-generated qualification outputs are decision-support artifacts and should be reviewed by the client before acting on them. While the platform is designed for operational continuity, uptime, notifications, and third-party payment rails may occasionally experience delays or interruptions.
